DAWN LIPHARDT
Born and raised in Lincoln, Nebraska, Dawn Liphardt's commitment to her community runs deep. From her early days as President of the Student Council at Lincoln High School to her leadership as State Chair for the Hugh O'Brian Youth Foundation (HOBY), Dawn has demonstrated a passion for service and leadership. Her dedication to youth development and community engagement has left a lasting impact on countless Nebraskan students.

After graduating from the University of Nebraska with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Dawn embarked on a successful career as a tax accountant, accumulating over 30 years of experience in the field. As the owner and manager of Liphardt Business Services, Inc., she has served over 400 clients, providing expert guidance on tax matters and financial management. Dawn's leadership extends beyond her business endeavors, as she has also served as President of the Nebraska Society of Independent Accountants and remains an active member of national accounting associations.

Dawn finds strength and support in her family. Married to her husband Martin for 28 years, they are the proud parents of two children, Cecily and Ethan. Family values are at the core of Dawn’s beliefs, shaping her commitment to building a strong foundation for the next generation.

In addition to her professional and familial commitments, Dawn is dedicated to supporting her community’s efforts to end trafficking through her involvement as a Board Member of "Disrupting Traffick," a local non-profit dedicated to supporting women who are sold for sex - offering preventative support, crisis stabilization, and recovery.

With a deep understanding of fiscal responsibility and organizational management, Dawn is prepared to tackle the pressing issues facing Nebraska. As a candidate for the Nebraska Legislature in District 27, Dawn's priorities include upholding the U.S. Constitution, advocating for bipartisan solutions, and promoting tax reductions to ensure fiscal responsibility across state agencies. Her track record of implementing effective strategies and her commitment to serving the best interests of all Nebraskans make her an ideal candidate for public office.
